About this data
The percent of Rhode Island educators who report professional development is valuable and relevant is collected through SurveyWorks, a statewide school culture and climate survey that solicits feedback from educators, students, and families about strengths and challenges in their school communities. In the 2019-20 school year this indicator began to increase and continued to increase; however, in 2021-22 the positive rating declined back to pre-pandemic levels and remained consistent for the 2022-23 school year.
